Lovat Dashboard
Explore
Build your own charts from Lovat's metrics, save them as views, and pin them where your team will see them.
Explore turns any metric into a chart, so you can answer questions the built-in pages don’t, like “who scores well in auto but fades in teleop?”
Start from a template
Section titled “Start from a template”If you’re not sure where to begin, pick one under Start from a template, like Auto vs teleop, Total points by team or Consistency. The templates you see depend on the season’s metrics. Change anything from there.
Build a chart
Section titled “Build a chart”Choose a chart type, then what to plot:
| Chart | Shows | Good for |
|---|---|---|
| Bar | One metric for every team, ranked | Who’s best at one thing. Use Show to limit it to the top 8, 12 or 24 |
| Scatter | One metric Across and another Up | Two skills at once, like scoring rate against accuracy |
| Spread | Each team’s match-by-match values | Consistency: a tight spread is a robot you can count on |
| Trend | A metric match by match | Who’s improving over the event |
| Heatmap | Teams against matches | Patterns across a whole event at a glance |
For per-match charts, choose up to six Teams, or leave the default, the top six by the metric.
Charts use the event and sources you’ve chosen, and the chart’s settings live in the page’s link, so you can share exactly what you’re looking at.
Save a view
Section titled “Save a view”Select Save view, name it, and choose where to pin it:
- Not pinned: listed under Saved views on Explore.
- Pin to Now: appears under Pinned views on the Now page, so your team sees it every time they open Lovat.
Views are shared with your team and follow whichever event is open, so a view you make at one event works at the next. To change a saved view, open it, adjust it and select Save, or Save as new to keep both. To remove it, select Delete view.
